Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new drops, sales, or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer—but we promise it’s worth the wait!
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly—but we’re always happy to help however we can!
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Local Pickup (Optional)
Local pickup may be available at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup with instructions.
